I was sceptical at first since i would not meet the contractor. It was all done via phone etc. We asked him to paint the exterior, courtyard and driveway. I was not there to select the paint so asked him to try and match the colours. He always kept in touch. Started the work before the deposit arrived - which i thought was truly fantastic yet risky on his part. We saw the pictures and the neighbours told us that it looks beautiful and he did a great job. THe tenant staying there had an issue opening the garage door and he just fixed it without charging us or even telling us. We are going to FL to meet this guy in a few weeks.
