Donny's Pool Service

I did not find out until after the first week that the weekly service does not include weekly pool brushing and vacuuming even though his website says it does and he did not advise me that when he came to give me the estimate. I canceled the service after the first week and he refuses to pay back the balance from the first month which I had to pay in advance. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.

Very honest, great communication and advice. I was recently a new pool owner, and he didn't try to upsell me on anything or sell me anything I didn't need. He was very helpful in setting expectations of when I will need to replace various things. Great guy and great service!

I was having some issues with my pool pump. He took one look at and knew the issue and did not try to sell me a new pump. Very honest. The pool looks great. This guy is honest and knows his stuff!

He is a con. He needs to return my back yard key.

I had the worst experience that anyone could have.

Friendly and knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge by answering questions. I was pleasantly surprised Donny usually answered the phone immediately. If he couldn't he returned calls quickly. He made himself available for service in an especially timely manner. Very pleased.

They contacted quick but didnt expect price to be as expensive. But happy with service, hired for reoccurring service.
