They were very thorough with their inspection and up-front with the costs associated with the work we needed done. When they did the work they were efficient and professional and ridiculously meticulous with the cleanup. The owner called us early when it was clear that rain was going to delay the work by a couple of days but there was no problem with rescheduling. Highly recommend and we will be using them for ongoing maintenance/services for sure.

Project: Lined chimney with stainless steal pipe, capped chimney and bricked two holes The two men were respectful, responsible, worked well together as a team, and were very focused on the job.

I had just met these folks through home advisor and I felt the warmth of family when met met all three of them. Don was perfect and very knowledgeable on my stove. Its hard to find someone to service a pellet stove but he was the MAN!!!!! Thank you again Don and family . Robert Gagnon Auburn
