People from Dont panic company are very responsive. After thorough inspection of the house i planned to purchase, inspector offered quite helpful and reasonable advice on current and possible defects and marginal issues. The inspection report was delivered in a timely manner and content was very detailed, which helped us a lot on descison of buying the house. Also, inspector are kind and knowledgable during the whole inepection.

Inspection was good. Report was provided fast. Rated 4.5 as there were couple of mail protrusions missing in the report. Otherwise mostly detailed report.

When all other home inspectors were booked out weeks in advance (not good in a hot market), Collin was able to come out to perform inspections typically within 1-2 days. His reports are extremely detailed and offer great advice/suggestions about what to repair first, what needs attention down the road, and even some suggestions about how to make the repairs. He was easy to contact and communicate with.

My realtor had suggested Collin for a pre-inspection. He was really friendly, approachable and responsive. I followed him around during the whole inspection and he kept me informed on what he was doing. I learned a lot from working with him, which was very important to me as a first time homeowner. The document he gave me at the end was very detailed, and I'm using it as a reference for my home health. After I fix up a few things, I definitely plan to call him again to have another look at my place!

Collin was incredibly responsive to my last-minute request for a pre-inspection. He called right away after I hit the submit button on H.A.! Arrived on-time the next morning (less than 12 hours after requesting), and was very friendly and experienced. He explained his findings as he was working, and produced a very detailed report that evening with pictures and links for next steps. Amazing customer service, great communication, super-fast turnaround! Gave me a lot of peace of mind in buying my home. I highly recommend!
