Don't Sweat It has always been super responsive to my needs. Because of my age and health condition they knew how important it was to keep my unit running. Unfortunately I recently sold my home to move into a more protective environment so I will no longer need their services but I encourage others to consider Don't Sweat It. It is important in Florida to have a reliable Air Conditioning company with a top notch team of tecnicians and staff.

Complete SCAM of a company! Paid $9k for a 5 ton TRANE A/C system install. Its been under 3 years and has broke twice! First was the inside coils! Paid for the repairs ($500+). Now was the outside unit. They quoted me for the coils to be replaced under warranty. Said it was rusted completely through! $1785 for labor and refrigerant at a discount! With the coils replaced. Tthey stated it could be weeks to get the parts for repair! I found this situation to be a money grab! I Contacted multiple other A/C companies and were all cheaper? Even with there discount? So when another company came out and said the repair was a joint that came loose due to vibration and that they lied I was in disbelief! They sent me pictures and videos as proof. I ended up paying $850 and the A/C was fixed in 3 hours! So they tried replacing unnecessary parts and charging me the labor and wait for these parts! Glad I did not just pay the $1785 and get taken! They never called me back or returned my calls after I said something and asked for the owner? There business practices are illegal and everyone using them can NOT EXPECT HONESTY!!!

They presented themselves well, in terms of explanation of their grasp and explanation of what needed to be done. Kudos to Mark Aarvig for customer service skills and integrity. They did the job with professional authority. I applied some additional caulking, especially to to eliminate any potential crawling space where the duct in the garage entered the ceiling.

The technicians arrived at 0830 as scheduled and were very professional, polte and efficient. The did everything on the contract and answered my questions. I highly recommend them. Don't Sweat It's estimate was about $2000 under the others estimate.
