I mentioned during the interview process that when we built the garage in 1993 the county told us we lived in a flood plain. I found out today that half my property is in a flood plain. I can only build where my house is located now, which in my opinion, lowers the value of my property. She also didn't know that last year the acreage next to me sold for $10,000 an acre. She came to my house on 7/10/13 but I did not receive my appraisal until 7/31/13. I feel that she did not thoroughly investigate my property and did not give a proper assessment. I am very disappointed.
