Jack communicated very clearly and worked out a schedule where he would come very early to accommodate a time that fit for us. Our schedules did not permit us to stay while he worked, but he worked quickly and we had no issue with my wife or I not being there while he finished his business. He made an extra trip to a local hardware store to purchase items we needed. He was in and out, and serviced both doors we requested, in under 2 hours. He was friendly and polite and helped my wife arrange payment which was quick and easy. We highly recommend Jack for future services.
