"Hello Jose, we did contact you back regarding your repair, we scheduled the appointment, went to your house and when the technician got to your house the problem was not under the warranty it was a completely different service of what we did. We explained the whole situation to you and gave you the new costs of the new service and you rejected and did not want to do the service. Unfortunately we do not provide free services of something our company did not cause. Please review the situation as we have proof of everything that happened. Thank you and have a good day."
"Hello Lucian after you tried to do the service behind the company to try and pay less you contacted us again saying that the service we did for you was perfect and wanted to get a new door fixed according to the law we had the right to refuse your service due to the complications you caused, after a few weeks you contacted us again saying your door was falling and we had the wrong size rollers which is not true. We said that we would schedule a time for a technician to go back and fix but a day later you sent us a picture with your door open saying that you had tried to fix it with your own hands, after that we can not guarantee anything as we don't know what you could've done to it. Sorry but what in fact you wanted was to get your doors serviced for free and we do not provide that. Please review what you said as we have proof of everything including pictures.
