Beware! Fast to fix problem, when it comes to the warranty good luck trying to reach them. Once they get their payment forget it.

"Hello Jose, we did contact you back regarding your repair, we scheduled the appointment, went to your house and when the technician got to your house the problem was not under the warranty it was a completely different service of what we did. We explained the whole situation to you and gave you the new costs of the new service and you rejected and did not want to do the service. Unfortunately we do not provide free services of something our company did not cause. Please review the situation as we have proof of everything that happened. Thank you and have a good day."

Worst company ever did a trash job installed wrong size rollers after 2 month they fall off now i have completely broken door screws missing really bad job never gave me a receipt!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

"Hello Lucian after you tried to do the service behind the company to try and pay less you contacted us again saying that the service we did for you was perfect and wanted to get a new door fixed according to the law we had the right to refuse your service due to the complications you caused, after a few weeks you contacted us again saying your door was falling and we had the wrong size rollers which is not true. We said that we would schedule a time for a technician to go back and fix but a day later you sent us a picture with your door open saying that you had tried to fix it with your own hands, after that we can not guarantee anything as we don't know what you could've done to it. Sorry but what in fact you wanted was to get your doors serviced for free and we do not provide that. Please review what you said as we have proof of everything including pictures. Thank you have a nice day."

They asked for a photo of the sliding door and I sent it to them. I asked for a price and they said the person that would do the job would quote me at site. In the meantime, I received quotes from other companies in Angi but I figured I had already made progress with them so I waited for them to show up. The man they sent quoted $250 and I told him no thanks, I have another quote for $200 and would get it done with them. He left and 3 mins after I got a call from his office saying they would do the job for $200. I said... But your guy said $250!? He said: yeah, but they are already there and can do the job. I said: well OK, send them back then. The guy that originally quoted $250 came back with a helper. They started working on the door and when they were, supposedly done, I said: before your finished, let me ck how it slides. The sliding was as bad as it was at the beginning... I told the guy: "listen, this door needs to slide at the push of 1 of my fingers and, as you can see, I'm having to use both my hands and arms to get it to slide open. This is not an acceptable job and I will let your supervisor know that I am not paying for a door that does not slide open/close with the push of a finger...as it should. Well, he went to the truck and I saw him come back inside carrying new rollers (at this stage I realized he had not replaced those when he took the doors down and had just greased the old ones before putting those back in). As soon as he put the new rollers in place, the door slid with the push of a finger. I said, now this is what I expected. For this job I will pay. I feel they thought they could get away with a job NOT well done since I am a woman and I may have thought not to complain. I do not remember the name of the head of the team. He has the one I had a problem with, his helper was a pleasant and hard working man. He got it wrong obviously. It's been around a couple of months since this job got done and I just didn't feel like going thru the whole story but I feel it's important that Angie knows what happened and more so, I hope another client in need does not go thru what I did with this man.

I have this company come out to my house to fix the screen it came loose and they sent somebody out like two weeks later free of charge. It has come loose several times the man told me I would have to redo the whole job can you imagine I paid over $200 to get my back porch screened in my apartment and now it is loose and he says I need to get it redone and pay again never again with these people never again!!!

The technicians did a superb job removing our existing door, determining the issue with the existing non-standard rollers, and finding the perfect replacements. After they put everything back together they cleaned up and left us with a door we could open and close with one finger. We are extremely pleased and will recommend them to others in our building with sliding door issues. They are professional and they return phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

They came on time and cleaned up after themselves. The price was competitive but still a lot They are coming back for additional work on my windows that are outdated and failing. They can make parts that are no longer available. Nice guys who worked hard

Awesome service! Showed up and was early. Very nice and did a great job. The door works great. The cost was $550.00 for two doors total of 4 rollers. He also fixed the track and the lock.

Incredible and fast service, they even installed a pet door to the new sliding screen door. The built a custom sliding screen door, and put heavy duty rollers and track and fixed my screen door. Someone visiting my house dislocated their shoulder trying to open the sliding door in the past , now you can open and close with one finger

They know what theyâ re doing...Iâ ll give them that. It took them a couple hours to get my sliding glass/patio door operating smoothly again. I can, literally, open the door with one finger whereas, before, I had to use a ridiculous amount of force to get it to open and close. I think they guarantee the work for two years. Iâ m considering using them for some other projects. This is a great service they provide. I hope they have continued success.

Professional. Kept me abreast of various steps. Patio doors had been stuck for months. Hired another company 7 months ago--they came , they charged, they left --2 days later it took a gorilla to open the sliding patio doors. Miguel is the best. I asked that he contact me every six months or so--to service doors. I highly recommend.
