Door Jam

Was very impressed by the speed of using this site to project completion. They arrived ON TIME and were courteous to my two little inquisitive toddlers.

I talked Door Jam one morning, just after I already booked someone else. However, I still talked to Door Jam and he was very helpful and kind. Then the 5 start company I already booked, backed out. They said due to the cold. Which I thought was odd. I called Door Jam back and asked them to do the work. They came the next day. My appointments got screwed up due to the first company backing out. I would recommend Door Jam first. I think Door Jam would have even more prompt if my circumstance did not get jazzed up.

I liked this company so much after they repaired my old non-insulated metal door, that when it came time to replace it with any insulated door, I didn't even have anybody else bid on the project. This was unprecedented for me; I am a Purchasing Agent by trade. My Mom had a problem with her garage door in Oak Brook, I recommended Door Jam, and the owner not only came immediately on a Sunday, but saved her plenty of money, also. Now, Door Jam is her "go to" garage door service provider, also, and she is spreading the word to her neighbors.

Jason responded immediately and was able to help me fix my problem over the phone. Great customer services. I will definitely call Door Jam for any future work on my garage door.

Company showed up when they said, for both estimate and install. Installer was very pleasant, answered any question I had, and even went above and beyond the required work to fix issues with the garage door opener. Cleaned up the workspace both on the ground for stray nuts/bolts/etc and even cleaned up any fingerprints on the door. Excellent work and will hire again if needed.
