I received a call from them in the morning, someone arrived before noon to look at and I had a brand new opener installed by 6. All the same day. Each of the 3 people I encountered was very polite and helpful. Quick, friendly service and a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Overhead Doors replaced the door, tracks, and installed a new tension spring on an aging Urbana garage with old side extension springs. Jim, owner & manager, provided a prompt, reasonable estimate and explained the advantages/disadvantages to the various options and provided several recommendations. No stress or pressure sales tactics. Patty, the company's administrative representative was such a pleasure. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns with a pleasant graceful demeanor. Install took one day and was professionally done with debris removal. Had one small cosmetic issue regarding the garage door window design that Patty addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Highly recommended company for your garage needs.

I did have to call the company back regarding a nut and bolt needing to be tightened. The company did a great job. I'm glad I called them.

For the price charged (above the standard, approx. $500 for a new garage door opener), the work was shoddy. The installer was inexperienced, and did not have the right length chain to replace the older chain. In the end, he installed a chain which was too short, and the door does not open completely. The final insult is incompetent bookkeeping. Although my credit card shows that I paid the same day as the door was installed, I keep receiving bills for an "unpaid bill" with interest charged, 3 months later. And the "itemized bill" for the costs was a joke. I have no information on how much I paid for labor, for parts, and which parts. When I asked for this bill, they acted as if they'd never heard such a request.

He came in and fixed my overhead door springs and was completed in less than an hour!
