Chuck arrived at the scheduled time and got right to it!!!!!
He assessed the problems and thoroughly and patiently answered our questions. He replaced the motor on each of the two doors quickly and efficiently.

I shopped around for more than a month, and checked again with Chuck for the specific type of spring. He had it in stock and got it installed the next morning. Chuck Was awesome. He came out same day, when everyone else in our area was too busy or "we only do estimates when we are in the area, and we aren't in the area today." He was super nice and explained everything to us and was able to come out next day to fix our door. Great Service and Personable are perfect ways to describe the service. He talked to me like I mattered not like I didn't know what i was doing.

Chuck, the owner, is a very personable guy. Stayed in touch when he was running a little late from an earlier customer appointment. Only needed a spring replaced, but he took care of it quickly and was on his way. Won't hesitate to use him again with any of our garage door needs.

Chuck and Patricia with Door-Tex are great. Patricia scheduled an appt for me within hours of my request on HomeAdvisor. Chuck quickly assessed my problem and the condition of my doors. He obtained the exact seal I needed, installed it, tuned up my doors and advised me of future problems for which I need to watch out. It was an absolutely great experience and I am happy to have Door-Tex as my garage door contact for the future.
