Brett Wright replaced the broken belt on our garage door opener and made all the necessary adjustments quickly and professionally. Called Door Works just before closing on Friday and they said they would send someone out Saturday, which they did. Thanks for the quick response. I would recommend them for any garage door repairs or installations.

The service from my initial phone call to the tech coming out for my appointment was handled extremely professionally. My Tech, Martin was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and clear in communicating with me. He explained the problems and described the repairs needed. They did an exceptional job! I am very pleased!!!! I would definitely recommend this company!!!!!

My garage opener broke late in the day. I called Door Works. The next morning Martin from Door Works arrived. He saw what the problem was and went to work. He stated he could install an opener that works by chain like the one I had or a belt one. I chose the belt one and it works great and is quiet. He soon had the new opener installed and working. The work by Martin was very good.

Brian was very friendly and was able to identify the problem quickly. He fixed it quickly and it worked perfectly. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family.

The opener was not the problem. It was the outlet the opener was plugged into. The technician, John, checked the unit and checked the door. He did not charge me for the visit. He was friendly and professional. Answered my questions. I will definitely recommend Door Works to everyone.

I sent an email and filled out the contact form on Door Works website and we received a call and text the next morning that someone would be out that day to repair the garage door at our primary residence. We used Door Works the week before for our rental house and were pleased with the quick turn around and work completed to fix the springs that broke on both garage doors. This did cost a little more than we expected on our primary residence when the rental was a little less. However, happy to have the repair completed and a working garage door.

John, our installer showed up at the time we agreed upon. He went over the options and the difference between the motors that I wanted installed. Also, tuned up the garage door made sure all the wheels were working properly and lubed, and all the bolts were in good shape on the door. He also adjusted the springs so they had the proper tension. Definitely recommend door works and will use them again.

I sent an email requesting service. I had a call at 8am the next morning. Service was set up for that day. John came at the designated time. He inspected the doors and reviewed the estimate for repair. He had the parts with him, so no return trip was necessary. The process was very efficient and repairs were made. I will definitely use Door Works in the future.

Cost a little more than I was hoping but I feel very confident that my garage is fixed right. Peace of mind is worth the extra dollars!

Sensors of my garage door was not working, door would not close. I called Dior Works on Monday, office manager set up the appointment right away, Tuesday morning technician Jeff showed up on time and did excellent work to replace the line made the receiving sensor working, then lubricated the rollers and hinges, tested door for a couple times made sure door was working perfectly. I would recommend Door Works to whoever need garage repair and maintenance because they schedule service right away technician shows up on time, charges are reasonable.

I backed in to my garage door making it inoperable. Door Works was out the next morning to replace it and also install an up to date opener. I could not be happier. I've also called them on a couple occasions for help on a quick fix and they were most helpful each time. Recommend without reservation.

We have called on them to address four different times for four different issues since we first engaged them 19 years ago. In each instance they were prompt, professional, skilled and reliable. The full garage door we had them install is still in great shape and I have never had to call them back except to replace the coil spring which gave out after twelve years.

Door Works technician Jesus arrived within the agreed upon time. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgable of garage doors and openers. He fixed my problem, fixed minor issues, tightened hinges, and lubricated hinges and the screw drive. I also got an education regarding garage door maintenance. I was very satisfied with Jesus and the work he performed. I would definitely use and recommend this company in the future.

Efficient and and had all of the right parts on truck. He tested , tested, and tested to ensure that door was working properly before he left. Also, had him replace the rolleres while he was here.
