RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL SCHOOLS,MEDICAL,NURSING,AND MORE I schedule jobs after 3pm and weekends. Im scheduling up to 2 weeks in advance. I am an Electrican,a Plumber and a very skilled Handyman. (I do not do painting,stucco or concrete work). I generally look at the job,measure,hear any questions and give you an expectation as what to expect when Im finished.I do all my own work. I have a minimum 4 hour handyman rate of $250.00-$400.00 (plus parts) but the best way is to have your items on site to measure and bid accurately. I can get alot done in a few "after" hours and handle the bigger tasks on weekends so scheduling is tight yet affordable.
