This company responded immediately and offered same day service. They worked around my schedule which was greatly appreciated. There were door issues due to house settling, front & back doors. Kevin fixed both doors for a reasonable price. I was very pleased with Door to Door and would highly recommend this Company.

Do not under any circumstances hire this company. Kevin is dishonest and a total fraud. Over two months ago I wrote a check for deposit for $3,373.65. I have been given EIGHT install dates. Kevin would cancel the scheduled work the morning of the scheduled date minutes before 8 am. I have requested a refund as the terms and conditions of the agreement allow for me to do so. I do not have a refund. You cannot leave messages as the mailbox is full. At one point, Kevin said he could not perform the work as he was exposed to COVID and was exhibiting symptoms, I see reviews on here for those dates. He is a dishonest FRAUD.

"Due to many covid reasons your job was rescheduled but we have several times tried to give her the refund she deserves which is her special order material that she ordered for her job that cannot be returned and there is an outstanding labor charge that she has not paid for time and labor of assembly of her products for her job. We have tried to contact her several times leaving several emails and messages trying to set up a time to deliver her products but you want to just get money back already spent for the job. Now she wants to attack my company to try and force us to return money and not deliver special order product. All my other review"

They were on time and wore a mask during the repair. I really liked that they give you the cost of the repair after they get there and then you have the option to have the repair done right then or if it is going to cost too much, you are not obligated to do the work. My sliding glass door works perfectly now. Great job.
