The owner, Chris stopped working after a couple of weeks. Started working 3/2/22. Told me he was sick middle of March and never returned also blocked my number so I could not get in touch with him. Started remodeling the basement and dropped ceiling wire installed looks like a roller coaster. Did not purchase the tile I selected, would bring 1 box of tile in, and only managed to install 4. Built a wall that was not up to par. Built partial shelves of 2x4 that were not ordered per contract. Tried to meditate with BBB but was unsuccessful because he stated the basement was 90% done and he would come back to finish, but wanted to add 5000 to 8000 he had already received. Left 15 bags of trash in my home (basement in shambles) that I had to pay someone to remove. Told worker I had not paid him a penny for the job yet and I should not be complaining. Did not pay his so-called property manager a dime. Out of the 2 weeks in my home, he probably was there around 25 hours total. Never worked a full day and was always late, going to Lowes daily for a box of ceiling tiles. He may have been good in past years but definitely does not deserve to be a half-star. Asked him to come to speak to me in person, he would not. Would not return my money as requested since he had already violated ordnances. A liar and a owns Doorz N More. Do not waste your time or money dealing with this company. He told me lies about bad reviews and that he would settle with the clients. It was all deceit. Had to hire a lawyer who is handling everything now since he did not comply with returning funds. DO NOT GIVE OVER 10% FOR DOWN PAYMENT. KNOW THE LAW. Both Angie sites should remove him from the lists. How he lives with what he is doing to senior citizens like me I do not know. I worked hard for my savings now it is hard to trust someone else to finish the job. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Do not know building codes. Installed handrail 5 inches higher than code permits. After two months they have not returned to fix the problem as promised and will not respond to my messages. BEWARE!

I initially reached out about replacing a kitchen door, then expanded my project to gutters and downspouts, and then expanded my project to full siding replacement. I also reached out about these jobs right before COVID shut things down. The scope of the project and timing on my end probably werenâ t the best, but they handled it all extremely well. Shawn kept me updated on timing along the way. As the project was going on, and new issues with my house were uncovered, I was kept informed and the new things were fixed As well. Despite the stressors in the world, they had good attitudes and were very pleasant to have around.

I recently used Doorz N Moore and could not be more pleased. They were quick to come to my residence and do an estimate. Super cool and professional giving me all the options and taking the time to answer my questions. Kept in contact with me after the estimate and install. The doors were installed quicker than I expected in this time of Covid 19 delays so that was even more of an added bonus. Shawn and his crew were nothing but professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would use them again myself too.

Shawn Marlow, the owner of Doorz and More, came personally to give us a bid on replacing our exterior doors. We had three doors that definitely needed to be replaced. He gave us a very fair bid, along with friendly observation and suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Through the process we became more like friends than client and owner. We also had him add an extra door, counting on his expertise and his 27 years of experience. On the morning of the installation he and two other installers came to our front door. They worked surely and timely. After the second day of work they finished and we have the most beautiful entrance Iâ ve ever seen anywhere. I recommend them heartily. We love the looks of our doors all over the house and very much appreciate the hard work they did to make sure everything was finished to perfection. They do a great many other projects other than doors so we will keep them at the top of the list for future projects. Thank you, Shawn, Rick, and Johnny! You did a wonderful job!!
