Jake was extremely prompt and professional. I contacted him on a Sunday evening and he visited my house the next day by noon. After diagnosing the problem he was on-site with the new parts and had everything installed the next afternoon. Getting things completed promptly without hassle to me is very valuable and with that said I highly recommend Dorado.
