One Time Interior House Cleaning
I requested a deep clean from the company prior to moving into a home. The house smelled clean and on the surface looked clean. Upon initial inspection the home looked great but after looking closer, items had not been wiped down or cleaned. Drawers in the bathroom were still dirty when you looked inside, kitchen hinges were dusty and dirty, shelves had not been wiped down. The cost paid was too much for the service provided. Dorthy is very personable and helpful, but the work done was subpar.

"Hello Mrs Lyons, l appreciated your comments rather it was good or bad. I did mention to you. I let my customers do a walk-through of my service that l provided for them. Before money is exchange or before l vacate the property. You and your husband did a walk-through. You point out somethings we might have overlook or just not clean enough to your likeness. But we did correct it in your presence. Which was very little things. I'm very sorry that some things you was pleased about and some things you wasn't pleased about. But l did offer to come back out to clean up things we might have overlook or not clean enough to your likeness. But thank you. And hopefully one day you do service again with Mop and Bucket!!!!"

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Apartwas cleaned very well extremely happy with the finished product. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars in everything was that someone had been smoking inside the apartment while they were cleaning. I opened the door and the smell was so strong. There was no mistaking it. Left the windows open to try and air it out. Other than that, everything was cleaned with great detail. I would use this service again (without the smoking)
