Dishwasher Repair or Service
Totally unprofessional. Warranty call out for a brand new dishwasher. Zero effort on the part of the technician. Did not pull the unit out. Just took a picture under the unit and claimed "infestation" and got in his van and drove away. A few mouse droppings, give me a break. I am a contractor, I have a portable vacuum if needed. No consideration for the customer. By the way, if you call the company you will never get a live person, straight to voicemail. I wonder why?

"We?re sorry this visit felt frustrating ? especially when you were expecting a repair, not a delay. For warranty service calls, our technicians are required to document and report any signs of rodent activity, including droppings, before proceeding. This isn?t a judgment call or a reflection on the homeowner ? it?s a strict requirement from the warranty provider. Even small amounts of evidence are classified as an infestation risk because rodents can create sanitation concerns and also damage wiring and internal components. When this is observed, we must submit photo documentation and wait for the warranty company?s direction before any repair can continue. We understand that from your perspective it may have seemed minor or easily handled, but we?re not permitted to vacuum, clean, or move forward with repairs until the area is addressed and cleared per warranty guidelines. Skipping that step could void coverage and create liability issues for everyone involved. Regarding communication, we do operate through a messaging and callback system so all service records stay tied to the work order, but we recognize how frustrating it feels when you just want to speak to someone right away. We?re actively working to improve response times and the overall customer experience. Once the affected area has been cleaned and the warranty company gives approval, we?re more than happy to return and complete the repair."

Scheduled Dosyak Appliance thru LG 800/888 warranty/diagnosis tech call for a failed refrigerator evap fan and error code on a 9 yr old appliance. Dosyak Appliance was great to work with! (Parts shipping direct from LG were where most of the waiting happened.) Dosyak’s Scheduling/CS Reps and on-site Tech were knowledgeable, punctual, considerate, and personable. We had the appliance ready to go for the Tech, except for softball sized ice dam that was taking days to melt away on its own. They managed that with care, and the remove/replace with new LG parts within a 2 hr window. Great job! Will use & recommend Dosyak Appliance to friends and family.
