Great, We set-up an appointment and he texted me when he would arrive. Scott got right to work and was done in no time. Scott did a great job.

We were incredibly pleased with the service provided by Dot's Dryer Vent Cleaning. Prior to the cleaning, it took at least two to three cycles to dry our laundry. After the cleaning, our laundry is dry in one cycle. Scott was professional: ontime and communicative about what he found. I sent an email blast to our neighors recommending Dot's Dryer Vent Cleaning.

There was a lot of mess to clean up. Outside where the vent was, fuzz was everywhere. The garage was covered in fuzz. He did not brush the actual vent in the dryer out.

Scott is on time, kept me informed of his ETA; Professional and courteous. He provided an explanation on my situation and gave suggestions.
