Not only does Tim Dotzler and his team meet that prerequisite, they are professionals who do what they say they're going to do. They are achievers who deliver quality. They are personable, friendly, patient, and a genuine pleasure to interact with. We couldn't be happier with the result of our siding project. The Dotzler crew ran into a long list of challenges on our home from faulty original window moisture barriers, to poor original column construction, to missing soffit framing. Still, they didn't miss a single beat or an established timeline. They handled every challenge with ease, efficiency, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to engage a window expert, to build the soffit frames needed, to have custom gable vents built and expedited to just name a few. They ensured everything they touched on our home was done properly and looked beautiful. I'm excited to share pictures of our new siding and new modernized porch columns once the roofing and painting are completed!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I initially met with Nathan and he was kind and very professional. Tim, the owner, and his crew were great. I have a challenging home that was built in 1910 (stucco and brick) and it literally took 1.5 years to find the right company to help me fix my leaks and repair the problem areas. Tim truly listened and met with me on more than one occasion to come up with a plan to fix the problem areas. They always showed up when they said they would. Tim's crew was very nice, too. If I ever need any of the services that they provide, I would call them in a heartbeat! I really loved working with them!
