Septic System Repair
Be careful! I have not heard from this crew since they ruined my septic system. Double B Excavations and Grade LLC performed an illegal and incorrect repair on my septic system. They misrepresented that they were competent contractors, failed to do the work correctly, failed to pull permits, were not insured and then, despite promising a five-year warranty, abandoned the job, forcing me to retain an attorney and file the matter with the court. They were notified in writing by the Delaware Public Health District that they were in violation of Ohio Administrative Code 3701-29 for failing to obtain proper permits. The court ruled in our favor and now Double B Excavations and Grade LLC, Tanner Burdette, and Easton Bragg owe me nearly $50,000 for improperly repairing my septic system. They never appeared in court and are failing to comply with the court decision. Due to their poor work, my yard floods and reeks of sewage with every heavy rain.

Septic System Repair
Hired to fix the leech and septic system as it was not draining properly. Referred by Well's Septic to fix the problem. Double B did not register with the local Delaware County Ohio health dept and did not pull permits. The work completed came with a 5 year warranty in Nov. 2021 and was not fixed. Every time we get precipitation we can smell sewage in the laundry room and bathrooms. They also left a mess in the yard with cracked pipes some of which are still present.

Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
I was asked to pay $1800 for them to do minor regrading around my house. The areas that they regraded arguably did not need it as much as the areas that they just did not do. They told me that they would come back and finish the job a week later, and now that was the last week that they were supposed to come back. They told me that in order to do any more work, I had to pay in full, which I did (on the day they were supposed to complete the job). Of course, once I paid, there is no communication between us. It is a shame that has not delisted them.

The guys were super friendly and completely our project in a timely and efficient manner. They also worked with us as far as partial financing goes for our large project. Will definitely use again for future septic projects.
