"I inspected every inch of the 800 SQ foot lake cottage and found several issues even with the owners son trying to distract me. the dryer was not vented. there were no gfcis anywhere. I found black mold in the attic along with no ventilation. the ridge vent was coming off the roof and wasn't even cut out. there were open Romex wires exposed in the living room. the garage also had a hold between the foundation and wall frame. some people are just clueless, show no empathy and want something for nothing. this review is very unfortunate and misleading."
"After finding issues with the structural integrity of the home and asbestos in the attic, the potential buyers father had seen enough."
"It's hard to test appliances that work off of natural gas when the gas is not turned on by the gas company."
