This site has efficient workers and good skills. They changed my front flower bed and did a good job in taking out the old and giving the bed a new look.

Excellent finished product; very knowledgeable of plants and awesome landscape design that we loved. They communicated every day on status of project, solicited our feedback when needed as the project was in progress. Very professional and owners were very much hands on and was on site every day. Never missed anything; always on top of every discussion we've had. Best landscaper we've ever hired and we've moved a lot! Project was an awesome success!!!!!

Everyone was friendly and professional and the work they did looks great.

They were one of the only companies that called me back from this site. They scheduled an in person estimate quickly on my schedule, when other companies I called said they couldn’t even see me for a few weeks. They worked within my budget to come up with a design. Our yard looks great! Really satisfied with their service!

The project catagories listed above are not inclusive enough. Our project included drainage, grading, and as a result of the work done, laying sod and rock. It was a pretty big project. The difficulty was compounded by rain and cold weather. Dale and his crew, (Arthur, David, James, Tom and Zack), fought the ground and the weather to get the job done professionally and as soon as they could given the weather. They hauled in pipe, rock, sod and other materials needed. They are personable and very professional. If something wasn't right, they fixed it quickly and made it right on the spot. I would not hesitate to bring them in again for any project. They can do it all. As far as value for the money. The scope of this project was pretty big and it was a bit more than I anticipated. BUT -- It was necessary to get the drainage and grading needed to divert the large amount of water flowing away from the yard and house. It was hard, dirty muddy work, but these guys got the job done.

I got three quotes and they were the lowest but sometimes you get what you pay for. I would have paid more to have it looked like the picture he sent us, and the stain he used didn't match the stain of the fence either. They probably do pretty good work for other stuff, but not retaining walls.

Experienced expert with a knowledgeable, professional crew. I will be having Doug do my lighting soon, too.

I got a few quotes and this was the best one. Doug was courteous, timely and explained everything so we understood what was happening. His crew was very quick and we couldn t be happier with our new landscaping!

After moving in to a house with 20 year-old landscaping and a large tree that needed a lot of trimming, I contacted a couple of contractors with good online reviews. The first was non-committal and opted out due to pool equipment in the backyard. Doug was able to see everything that needed to be done and proposed a complete plan at a fair price to pull most everything out of the front and back landscaping and replace everything, including resodding the front, trimming my large tree, and replacing my sprinkler system. All the workers were good guys who payed attention to what they were doing from the heavy labor of pulling out roots the shrubs and a stump the right way to redoing the beds and navigating the pool piping. If I spotted anything and asked for addressing anything, they went above and beyond with great attitudes, and communication with Doug was very good and better than most contractors. I ended up doing a lot more than I planned, but I'm glad I did because everything worked out great. I am very happy that I have something better designed for what this yard supports, and it was worth everything I paid for. I highly recommend Double D Landscapes based off the work they did for me. My only other advice is with large jobs it is always good to monitor the work and point anything out right away, so they can fix it, which Double D Landscapes did very well.

Doug came through as he said he would on the job. Excellent communication and a friendly customer service oriented staff He did a bit more than expected as to our drainage issue. We will know if it works well after the next major rain event. Would be a 5 star except their cleanup was a bit messy.

Doug is fabulous to work with - his years of experience shine through from the respect and courtesy he offers in his consultation, to the guidance and work throughout the project. He designed to our needs, wants, and budget - and accommodated us even when the infamous June, 2019 Storm put a major delay in our project. And even with all that - the end result is FABULOUS - we LOVE LOVE our yard - looks even better than our vision!

Response spot on, great a easy to work with. Doug and his crew helpful a couple minor hitches fixed quickly. Even made changes in middle of work they were happy to make changes. I'd recommend Double D Landscaping in a heart beat. Would give all 10's but only choice is 5 .

Doug and his team were diligent, professional and great to work with. Last minute changes to the plan were not a problem. Neighbors have commented that the front yard landscaping has improved the appearance of my home. I would hire Double D Landscapes again.

They drew up the plans. Also gave me pictures of the plants they would use along with the cost. They would be willing to do the landscaping in phases. Very very pleased. Would use them again.
