He gave me an estimate, took my materials with him, and never showed up to complete the work. I do NOT recommend hiring this company.

Double D was able to look at some photos I sent him to determine what it would cost and gave me a quote which I accepted. He planned on being there when I wasn't home to do the work but didn't show. Let me know he had a problem with his truck after I texted him. Planned for the next day. Did not show and texted at 9 pm that he would be out the following day. He was able to get the work done while I was at work that third day. The final outcome was very nice, wish he had taken the broken piece of downspout but not a problem. Seemed to be worth the cost. Also I guess wasn't fast enough getting the payment to him.

Mr. Schuman was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He came out to give an estimate the same day that I put in the request. He looked at the damages and gave us a very reasonable quote for the repairs. We hired him. He began repairs right then, and completed them in short order. We were very satisfied with the job, would use his services again, and would recommend him to others.

Be patient with his schedule.

Very very very unreliable. No communication tells you he will be down and never show up. Nice person but stretches the truth a lot. If you want to hire him to get nothing done he is your man.

Dave was able to accommodate my evening schedule. He came over assess the issue with my gutters and gave an estimate and performed the work right then and there. He also checked out a porch roof issue and window problems we have and gave estimate to fix them as well.

Reasonable price. Quality work. Took a bit to coordinate the timing but he did come out on a Saturday to get it done. He was late both for the estimate and the actual work. But it got done.

It took a little over a week to schedule the work but it was such a small job that I totally understand. Other than that, everything was outstanding and the cost was very reasonable.

Mike was great! He came out and did the work very quickly. He was very professional and affordable.

At first Double D impressed me, Dave came to our house and spent over an hour measuring for new shutters (many windows needed different size shutters.) He provided samples from different companies and gave us pros and cons of different shutters from his experiences. Unfortunately, after ordering our shutters, we did not hear from Double D for months. I called to inquire and he said he had our shutters in his garage and would come install the following week. He did not. Finally I gave up and put in another request to Home Advisors for a shutter professional. Double D saw my request and only then called me and installed our shutters. It had been at least 4 months since we had ordered them. The price was fair, but our house looked pretty horrible for months with some shutters removed, some hanging by a nail, etc. We are glad the new ones are finally installed and this work is over!

Dave, the owner personally supervised the job. The work was done quickly and properly. They cleaned up after the job was done. I will hire them again when I need more work done.
