Thanks for using Double Diamond Window Cleaning for your windows! We're a Coeur d'Alene based business and are excited to be servicing all around CdA and Spokane. We offer glass cleaning, rescreening, screen replacement, gutter cleaning, Christmas light set up and removal, and a few other various services. For the moment this business is operated by it's owner: Blake. There are a handful of private contractors that can be used for very large jobs, but the goal of this business is to grow for up to 2 years before Blake shifts to more of a management position. What does this mean for you? This means that Blake's commitment to your satisfaction goes beyond what another company might offer. When Double Diamond is hired for your project, the reputation of Blake's business is one the line, and he will ensure you are absolutely satisfied.

Weâ ve had Double Diamond clean our windows for a couple years now. They do a really excellent job cleaning all windows and screens. They are neat and clean, very polite and easy to deal with. Communication in setting up the appt was very pleasant. I honestly canâ t think of anything that needs improvement, we are completely satisfied with Blake and Double Diamond.

I scheduled by phone and was provided with an emailed estimate based on our phone conversation. Friendly technician showed up on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning our very dirty windows, inside and out. They also clean window screens as an extra service. Reasonably priced and great attention to detail. Easy online billing afterwards. Will hire again!

I called five firms for fall gutter cleaning and Blake reached out to me just as I was about to let it go until spring. He asked to please allow him to throw his hat in the ring. That old-school charm actually tilted the decision in his favor, even though I had not met him yet. I could hear character and integrity in our conversation. I hired him in my mind when he came to the house to introduce himself and offer a bid. I hired him permanently as my gutter and window pro when I saw his bid, and I re-upped that after his work was done on 11/9/19. Also, his quoted price was in the range of 30% to 100% LESS than the others. He knows how to sell his services for the long relationship and I appreciate that.
