"We were hired by a customer because of a rat issue and a variety of other projects she added she handed us a list of areas a specialist inspector detected where the rats were entering the home we took care of everything on that list as well as a variety of other projects, which she checked off everything before laying and then paid the invoice, well she had a second come back after the fact because apparently the rats were still coming in the home according to the 2nd specialist he detected new areas the rats where entering the home she contacted me and told me it was my responsibility to take care of the other areas I asked for the second list to review it and seen it was totally new areas the rats were coming in I explained her we would be happy to do the new services but we would have to charge her accordingly well she became angry over the fact and demanded the work to be done for free or she would ruin my business and have family and friends do bad reviews towards my busines"

"Man hours the job actually took about 7 hours in total it was a 3day span yes- but it was a customized fit which added more fabrication to the project- we appreciate your service and are here for you in anyway, customer also wanted it painted which it didn?t come painted and I also installed new trim and painted that as well for no extra charge? Thank You!"

"I'm sorry this is not the homeowner of the home so unsure how this person was able to leave a comment. The owner said she was very pleased with the job and came out and looked at it clearly and stated she loved it before she paid us. We also built brand new shed doors for the owner and she said they were great! All the sudden we see that this lady named Wanda who does not reside at or own the home we worked on apparently got online and left this review after randomly showing up to watch our guy work and harass our employees as she talked about the dating site she was on all the way to how she wanted to paint and prep the stucco to paint."

"The original job was successfully repaired yes I did guarantee it for a year when I was called out the second time to repair the leak I simply asked if it was leaking in the same place they had mentioned to me no it was coming from a different area I went ahead and told them ok I will fix that area now which I did free of charge as far as the guarantee yes I will still guarantee it and will be happy to repair the leak if it's starts leaking in the same area I originally repaired again the leak was successfully repaired and I'm sorry for the inconvenience Ive also tried to reach back out several times to ( CONSUMER NAME WITHHELD PER THEIR REQUEST.) as I've been unsuccessful and I am also willing to do whatever it takes to make things right I had giving him a great price and went out of my way considering the distance between us, several times and I'm a firm believer the customer is always right and have stood behind that for years,, Thank You"
