We had our fence put in in fall of 22 the winter has been mild till this last 24/25 season however this past season 8 of our upright post came up around 6 inches off the ground? we sent pictures of before and now they seem to just past the buck found out if they were not put in below frost level that that would happen? so be Leary of buying a fence if the company does not install it properly?

The quality of the Illusions fence product is very good. The issue that developed with Double K is that 1 gate post was sunk lower than its mating post which has thrown the 12 feet drive gate and adjoining fence section out of horizontal alignment with the rest of the fence. I provided measurements and pictures of this section of the fence to Double K starting with an email 1 week after the installation was complete. Kevin responded with the slope of the land being the cause and that a 1 step offset would be needed to correct the alignment and level appearance. I have contacted another fence company and shared the same pictures that Double K was given access to. The 2nd fence company advised that the problem could be solved by digging out the too-low post and replacing or resetting it. That is exactly what I asked Double K to do, a straightforward fix to a simple but visible mistake, but Kevin has refused thus far. I have placed pictures of the gate on the Double K Facebook page. Find the Norwich NY install. If my pictures have been removed, then Kevin does not want you to see them. Not being able to resolve this issue prevents me from giving Double K Fence a favorable recommendation. I now plan to have another fence company correct the gate post height to make this section of our otherwise awesome fence look level. Too bad for an otherwise overall good experience but I need to spend more $$ with another company to get the fence right.

Marissa is the contact person for the company. She is fantastic to work with from the first phone call all the way through payment. Very personable and a pleasure doing business with. I met Kevin, an owner of the company when the project began. On the day of the project, we went over all specifics about the project and could not have been more friendly. The crews were awesome. I spoke with Jesse and Josh. Very informative, hard working, and meticulous with details. The gentlemen that installed the fencing is friendly and meticulous as well. The gentlemen who cleared the brush from the yard cleaned it up beyond expectations. The crews were clean and left the yard spotless. They took dirt from where the posts were dug and covered some low areas in the yard. The pricing is very reasonable. The project took 2 days. My 3 kids aged from 4 to 11 are enjoying the security of our backyard with our new puppy who is also enjoying her new found freedom. Thank you to Marissa, Kevin, and the crews that have put smiles on all our faces. My neighbors are impressed as well. If you're looking for quality, good prices, and friendly service, go no further than Double K!

This company is nothing short of amazing. They were able to fit me in between projects due to me being a disabled veteran. Marissa and Kevin we nice and very easy to talk to. Marissa always kept me in the loop and the communication was awesome. The fence install was done quick and the quality of work was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will hire them again for our next project.

In the year of 2020 with all the problems of Covid and getting supplies, it was wonderful to work with a company that cared. Kevin and his crew explained and adapted changes that I wanted on my board on board fence. If you donâ  t know what this is, it does require additional work and more time to install. The area was prepared, and cleaned after each day. Also, I can not say enough about Marissa and how how she facilitate working the fence project into all the other work I was having done. I would hire they for any job inside and outside. Thank you all.

It is not easy choosing contractors for any job. Allowing people to come onto your property, your home and your home based business is a serious matter. After I researched the well known companies that have been installing fences for multiple decades, i also read reviews for DOUBLE K. The reviews seemed to read better than the well known companies. I took a chance and called for an estimate. I chose what i wanted, they delivered it and installed it with a level of expertise and professionalism that i hoped to receive. They exceeded my expectations. The price and quality of materials were awesome. I am beyond happy with the entire process. Double K got it done and we are pleased to have called them in the first place. Zero stress and 110% effort.
