Double M Plumbing provided fantastic service for our home! We had clogged drain that has been giving use issues for weeks until Double M showed up. They were prompt to our appointment and fixed our drain in no time. I really appreciated the details they went through to explain why the drain clogged and how we can prevent it in the future. Will only use Double M plumbing for my plumbing needs!

I had an outstanding experience with Double M Plumbing. They responded incredibly quickly after I called about a severely clogged bathtub and were able to diagnose the issue right away. The technician explained the problem clearly and recommended hydro jetting, which completely cleared the clog and got everything flowing like new. The entire team was professional, punctual, and attentive from start to finish. They took the time to make sure the job was done right and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

Extremely great experience with these guys, I would highly recommend them. We used them for a very large residential project. We had a house in Lake Highlands that was built in the 60’s and needed a complete overhaul of the underground plumbing. Cast iron pipes completely failed, they trenched under the house, removed the old pipes, passed city inspection the first time, and re-packed the dirt back under the home. Huge project, great communication from start to finish. I got to know them pretty well over the course of the project and they’re honest and fast. We got photos and updates almost every day of the project.

3rd Time using Double M. Great experience as usual, Douglass came out next day and fixed the shower drainage issues. Can’t recommend them enough.

Douglass did a great job of explaining the leak issues and completing the project in a timely fashion. You don’t look forward to needing a plumber but at least he made the process bearable. Highly recommend!!!

Double M came out the day after I submitted my request and identified the problem immediately. The faucet itself was leaking so I am working to get it replaced by the manufacturer and will have Double M come back out to install it. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had a drain that had been giving me issues for a few weeks and eventually got so clogged I couldn’t even use my shower. This was the most responsive and professional trades company I’ve ever worked with. Doug came out and snaked my line and cleared everything out with a hydro jet. He even put a camera down our sewer line for free to make sure everything else was ok inside the pipes. I won’t be calling any other plumbing company but Double M from now on!
