Extremely great experience with these guys, I would highly recommend them. We used them for a very large residential project. We had a house in Lake Highlands that was built in the 60’s and needed a complete overhaul of the underground plumbing. Cast iron pipes completely failed, they trenched under the house, removed the old pipes, passed city inspection the first time, and re-packed the dirt back under the home. Huge project, great communication from start to finish. I got to know them pretty well over the course of the project and they’re honest and fast. We got photos and updates almost every day of the project.

3rd Time using Double M. Great experience as usual, Douglass came out next day and fixed the shower drainage issues. Can’t recommend them enough.

Douglass did a great job of explaining the leak issues and completing the project in a timely fashion. You don’t look forward to needing a plumber but at least he made the process bearable. Highly recommend!!!

Double M came out the day after I submitted my request and identified the problem immediately. The faucet itself was leaking so I am working to get it replaced by the manufacturer and will have Double M come back out to install it. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had a drain that had been giving me issues for a few weeks and eventually got so clogged I couldn’t even use my shower. This was the most responsive and professional trades company I’ve ever worked with. Doug came out and snaked my line and cleared everything out with a hydro jet. He even put a camera down our sewer line for free to make sure everything else was ok inside the pipes. I won’t be calling any other plumbing company but Double M from now on!
