My experience was good I hired them because the quote was the best for the job I could not check the work under the house they explained to me the repairs what was done they did the extra I ask them to do. I knew I would have to pay some extra. My disappointment is I was charged more than double the price they had quoted me that is why I would not recommend them other than that I think they are an ok company
Response by Double O Insulation: The estimate was broke down so that if you did not want some of the work done then you would know how much that part would be. but if you got all the work on the estimate done then you would have to add all of it up. We rerouted your dryer vent hose to the other side of the house. That someone else said they would not do and we done it for you and that was not what was said when the estimate was done that was extra you added after we was done started

They came out when they said they would. Did great work in my garage. Was a little odd that I was charged more to remove the old insulation than putting the new in but I am satisfied and they were great to work with

From the very first communication to when the job was finished, Double O was prompt and sent emails keeping us up to date on scheduling. Angela, Nathan and Jonathan were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable and confident in the work being done. They showed up on time, took pictures before and after and explained what they did. They cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend Double O Insulation.

Without a hesitation, I would hire this company again to perform a similar service. They "walk the walk". On-time, quality, clean-up, price - all qualities of the "ideal firm" I hoped to engage for my project.

I don't usually use the term " sweet " when I'm leaving a review, but that's how they are. They made you feel like they've known you for years, but still being professional. They called to confirm, then called and apologized for giving me the wrong date due to looking at the wrong month ( don't tell them that didn't matter ).They were right on time, great job, and " sweet ". I highly recommend you using them , should that need arise.

They were quick and courteous. We had some ductwork that came loose because it was not properly attached by previous contractors, which caused an issue with our AC function, but Angela was great about coming back the next day to reattach it more securely. We highly recommend Double O.
