We conversed over the phone & I requested what we wanted done and agreed on a price. when I got home I was very disapponted in the job that was done. the vinyl floors were streaked because they used a steamer and used it in my hard wood floors. The hard wood floors had a white dull look to them that never had that before. The handles in all three bathrooms and kitchen sinks were all dull and they said it's because our things were old, we live in a new home of 6 years. I paid them and they agreed to come back in 2 weeks and do it right and they refused to come back and said they did not want us as a client. They said they are sending me $50 .

"We did what you asked us to do and when your wife got home she said she was pleased with the service until you got home. I have clients every week and two weeks that I use the steamer on their hard wood floors and it doesn't leave white streaks on them and I am sorry but I just feel that no matter what I did for you that you wouldn't have been happy. They provided spectacular work. The value was phenomenal. I acquired multiple rental houses and needed two cleaned immediately. Double RB Cleaning accomodated my needs without hesitation. I was so impressed with them I hired them to clean my own house on a regular basis. I absolutely recommend them and thier services to everyone.

Very un unknowledgeable on what to use on my hardwood floors and how to remove residue on shower dooror how to clean baseboards. My house had also been vacant for some time so there was spider webs in corners that I brought to their attention and still several were left behind as were several dirty corners. They were very friendly and cheap, so I feel I got what I paid for.

Edward and Amanda did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. They worked hard to make sure the carpet was cleaned well and that I was happy with the result. The old carpet looked like new again, thanks to their efforts. I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.
