I originally wasn?t going to write a review because I thought that maybe I caught this company at a busy time of year and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, after several months of delays and follow-ups, I feel it?s important to share my experience with this company.
After I sent the down payment, communication dropped off significantly and I had difficulty getting responses for a period of time, which honestly made me feel concerned about whether the project was moving forward.
The deck was supposed to be finished at the end of December, but I still had wood sitting in my driveway blocking the garage for over a month and had to contact them multiple times to get it removed.
During the installation, large slots were cut into my siding without my knowledge and were initially left unpatched. I also had to repeatedly follow up to get those sections repaired.
Now it?s March-three months after the project was supposedly completed-and a few rail covers still have

Pat was great to work with. He came next day to fox my deck. He also looked at all options and was honest with his impression. He is willing to come back if the solution does not work long term. Will definitely use Pat if we need a deck again!!!
