My sink kept dripping from the faucet and I've done almost every trick from internet research but to no avail. I hired Doug and he was great. I'm a DIY-type guy and most professionals don't want to work with guys like me. He was very helpful and called me a few times to walk me through some steps. He even suggested I could've done all of this myself and I could save the $. I wanted him to look at it though and try to get some more pro tips. He gave me great advice for the time (I had to cut him really short because I had a holiday party to attend which I had forgotten about).

I was stood up by another plumbing company with $1300.00 worth of equipment ready for install . I contacted Home Advisor, and received a call from Doug Anderson, Plumbing and Heating (781 228- 1561) within 15 minutes. He came over later on that evening to evaluate my dilemma. Great service! We scheduled an appointment for the work to begin, to rectify my issue's, within a couple of days. I would highly recommend him. Working with this company was a great experience. They gave me an estimate without any hassle and performed the work as expected and at the estimated amount. Doug Anderson answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. I recommend this company to others. "Thank you for your prompt attention to my plumbing problem.

Response by Doug Anderson Plumbing & Heating: Hi Al, Sorry you feel this way. The reason it was high was because it was a Sunday afternoon. You were aware of what I was charging before I came out. Also gave the option to wait till the following day (Monday) and the price would have been lower then what I would charge on Sunday.
