The repair technician that repaired my bathroom toilet plumbing problem, has many years experience and runs his own business. He is semi-retired, so itâ s possible he may not be available 5 days a week. Would recommend though!

Doug was great. He was on time, helped me with the purchase and answered all my questions. Hopefully I'll never have to replace my water heater again, but I would highly recommend him.

I initially set up an appointment with Doug but ended up doing the work myself as his availability was several days out. I spoke with him a couple days after making the appointment and let him know I had completed the work myself, thanked him anyway and we canceled the appointment. However, on the day of the appointment he showed up to do the work and had forgotten that we had previously cancelled the appointment. Sadly, his forgetfulness seems to be a common thread in many of the reviews I've read. He was very polite and there were no hard feelings between us, perhaps he just needs some help with scheduling his appointments given he seems to be quite busy.

On my initial contact they said they would not be able to come out until the following week. Doug ended up calling later the same day after a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He was at my home in 15 minutes job was completed within an hour an a half,I added another small Plumbing Service to my initial request which he also completed. Excellent service and fair pricing.

This man has so much character and integrity that I would hire him again for any plumbing needs that I have. Doug is truly a professional beyond comparison. Look up the definition of 'professional plumber' in the dictionary and you will see Doug's picture. I will go to bat for him anytime, anywhere. Thanks! Jon B

He forgot about the appointment so he had to come back the next day to finish up and told me how to repair one of the toilets.

He did a nice job, but left the box in my home, the only thing I found wrong. The price was a little high.

Doug was a nice person and I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. However, he quoted approximately $500 for the job. Understandably, he re-quoted to $600. However, he charged $875 with no explanation

Doug went above and beyond just a regular job. he did things I did not know needed t be done..

Doug worked quickly & got the job done. My disappointment was with the grit left in my tub from cutting a hole for the new faucet assembly. He also tracked mud into my home at the end of his visit. He did return to check a concern I had as to why the water wasn't coming out in a solid flow. He tried installing a different faucet, unfortunately, this didn't rectify the problem.
