We had to call Doug on a Saturday because our furnace went out. He was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes. Unfortunately the part we needed wasn't available until Monday, but he even offered to bring us a space heater until then if we needed it. He got the part and installed it on Monday and the pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely call him again for any future HVAC needs!

Very pleased with his knowledge and finding the problem and fixing it. Not to pleased with charging me 105% over the price of the part he installed. Maybe it is a common practice for plumbers to do this, I don't know. With service call and labor charges, what he charged for the part sort of blind sided me. Otherwise was satisfied.

Very informative. Explain every steps of his repairs. Does his job with professional manner. Very knowledgeable about what he is doing, particularly will explain to you ever function of my havc systems. My home heating and cooling system is very complicated, yet he guide me through every steps. On time and keeps his appointment. Very reasonable price. Particularly as a new home owners, he is really a dream plumber. I was educated after his every visit.
