Doug gave me an article to read and a video to look over before the inspection. He is a very thorough inspector, he found stuff that I would have never seen or noticed. He answered all my questions, gave me recommendations and more. He is very easy to talk to and is an excellent inspector. Doug was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, as well as, professional. He spent several hours for a complete and thorough inspection. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain and help me to understand everything about the home I was Purchasing. I would absolutely recommend Doug, as well as, hire him again for any future inspection needs. I can't say enough about him. He made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about absolutely everything I needed to know.

Doug was very knowledgeable. He has a keen eye especially in older homes. Very professional and took time out of the inspection to go over thoroughly his findings to me in a way that I felt at ease and answered ALL of my questions. He is easily one of the greatest inspectors I have ever talked to- you can tell he really knows his stuff and finds joy in helping people find a home that is perfect for them. If need be, I WILL use him again as well as recommend him to any and everyone needing an inspection. He really is worth every penny- because to me it didnâ t even seem like it was â all about the moneyâ - like some inspectors are. With Doug- it seemed more like a good hearted man helping out a first home buyers like myself! 100/5 STARS!!

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
