Doug is a dedicated professional that I highly recommend. My home is in a gated, home owner board governed community. Doug provided a plan with detailed drawings to our architectural control committee that secured prompt approval for construction. He was diligent in getting the city approval and permits for construction. The completed deck is fantastic, exceeding my expectations! I highly recommend Doug, not only for deck construction but also for any wood construction projects. I am already planning on hiring Doug for another project. He is great craftsman and dedicated to top quality construction.

Doug added innovative design elements to the project that significantly enhanced the finished ramp. He was very reasonable to work with and on schedule, came back 6 months later to complete the final painting after the treated lumber had seasoned. I definitely would hire him again and have recommended him to several close friends.

Doug is a craftsman does excellent work. Extra works was not over charged for. Did some extras no charge and cleaned and removed all debris. I word hire him again and recommend him.

Doug literally put scotch tape on the door to hold the weather strip and put a piece of card board in between the two doors to hold together.

Doug did a great job installing a new door for our house. The new door matches perfectly with our existing doors. He did quality work and charged for a reasonable price. He also cleaned up after he finished the work. I would definitely hire him again for my future projects.

We had very mysterious cracks in both our living room and hallway ceiling. Doug reviewed the cracks and then inspected above the ceiling for structural issues and advised that he could repair as there were no structural issues. He explained that when repairing drywall cracks that the joint compound had to be thoroughly dried before the painting and he suspected that it was not thoroughly dried and that is what caused the cracks. His team repaired and repainted the ceiling and wall cracks and it looks great.

Doug performed a lot of quality work at my house for a very reasonable prices. He fix the sub floor in living room, replaced all the doors, installed a new counter top, faucets, storm door and took care of some window issues and screens. Very reliable contractor that you could be trust easily. He would tell you on the spot if could perform the job or not. I would definitely keep using his service when I'll need it.

"This client requested a screened in porch with unfinished ceiling , soffit and fascia to keep the project cost within his budget. After completion of this project the customer was very pleased and referred me to his friend in which I built a much nicer and pricier screened in porch with all ceilings and soffits finished. It was after that time that this customer placed this review. My guess is that since his friend's job was more elegant that he became displeased that his job didn't have the finished ceilings and soffits but that is what he asked me for. I reached out to this customer to find what he might be displeased with but he did not answer my phone calls. I am always available after a job is complete if there is something that a client is not pleased with. And I will always do all that is reasonable to satisfy my clients"
