From time I read his reviews of other's I couldn't wait to meet JERRY. After having weekly consultations we were convince we made the right decision without meeting with anyone else. His ideas and suggestions matched our thoughts perfectly. There was no rush on his part for us to make a quick decision. Our original idea was to only have a center island installed and possibly refurbished our 45 year cabinets. But his price quote and latest design in cabinets, plus removing an existing wall that separated the dinning room and kitchen will provide more light and space, plus it will upgrade our home to more of a modern look. To meet a contractor unknown for the first time it was a joy to have chosen DAUGHTRY CONSTRUCTION.

Gerry & Sean were great to work with. . They kept me informed from the original contact discussing the scope of the work right up to completion. They walk you through the whole selection process & kept me informed of each step of the construction. Everyone who showed up at my home was respectful of my home and they made sure that the work area was cleaned up everyday. They are very hands on & are easily reachable if you have any questions. I would have them back in my home in a heartbeat! In fact I have! I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom! Definitely a FIVE STAR company!

My husband and I needed to have our bathroom and kitchen remodeled. We solicited quotes from 3 contractors and selected Dougherty to do the work. Since my husband and I are both retired we had plenty of interaction with the Dougherty staff and their subcontractors. We were very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I love my new kitchen and bathroom! Yes, there were minor problems, but we have an old house and went into the project knowing they might uncover some things. Their staff collaborated with us when any issues arose so that we could reach a workable solution. The final cost was within 10% of the original bid, mostly due to cabinet upgrades. We have since contracted separately with three of the Dougherty subs, one for routine HVAC maintenance and the others for a large room that needed drywall repair and painting. I would hire Dougherty again without hesitation.

After talking to Gerry on our initial consultation we knew Dougherty was the right fit. We had almost daily emails and texts keeping us informed of their schedule of what was happening each day. Never had to meet with the local inspector and everything was done to code and inspected. The craftsmanship is incredible we hardly even knew they were in our house. We couldn't be happier and will absolutely use them in the future.

Have searched around and have called and met with dozens of other contractors with no real feeling of insured quality or pricing. But there was absolutely no doubt once we met and went through our building project with Dougherty Construction that we made the right choice. Communication of every step and event that was taking place was communicated daily by the project manager. Their respect for our privacy was of the upmost, honestly we never knew they were here. If there were any questions or concerns we had they were always addressed promptly. Dougherty Construction quality of work is superior and perfection in everything they did showed in every part of our basement being finished. Seamless finish in drywall, flawless trim, crisp straight lines in painting, EVERYTHING DONE TO CODE, flooring was done to perfection no patterns can be seen as the floor was laid into place. Even after job was done Dougherty Construction team still stay in contact with us.....Great Business All Around.

Gerry was so easy to work with and I barely even knew they were in my house! Communication was excellent and job was done as expected and on time! Our basement is exactly what our family needed and Dougherty delivered expertly! Highly recommend.

Dougherty was fantastic! Everything happened when it was scheduled, the quality of the work was excellent, and we just love our new kitchen. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I canâ t recommend them too highly.

Gerry and his crew did an awesome job with our bathroom gut and remodel. He had great ideas for our floor plan redesign and the job was completed on time and within the budget. Their attention to detail was amazing and workmanship true quality. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects. They are professional, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.
