Wood Fence Installation
I hired Mike Douglas from Douglas Hardwood Flooring and Remodeling for a hardwood flooring installation after mold remediation. Despite a good initial quote, Mike was highly unprofessional and unreliable. After I paid directly for materials from a hardwood supplier and received my delivery, Mike failed to show up for the scheduled installation, rescheduled, and then ghosted me, after multiple calls and texts trying to reach him leaving me with a stack of hardwood. I would no recommend his services.

Michael Douglass comes off as very knowledgeable and professional with competitive prices and knowledgeable sanding & refinishing services. Issues we had however with the services rendered were: 1) 3 day timeline turned into 3weeks and stopped us from moving in. 2) Flooring was damaged by their team the last day they were here and they stopped responding. 3) Areas of hardwood are still showing the old color and one room wasn't done correctly. Wouldn't recommend. Douglas Flooring has way too many things going on at once to pay full attention to your project. It won't get done the right way the first time. And if you do hire them, don't pay them until you do at least 2 walk-throughs and are 100% happy!

Mike and Dustin Douglas seem to be honest and dependable people. I had a mishap with my washing machine overflowing, leading to my hardwood floors becoming buckled and warped. Douglas Hardwood Flooring sanded and refinished my floors for a fraction of what it would have cost me to replace them!

I hired them to replace damaged hardwood floors in the front room of a rental property we manage and sand the floors in the hallway. A few boards were taken up in the hallway entrance to make a nice transition. I could not be happier. The floors look fabulous and the price was very reasonable.

I could not be more pleased with the work they did ! My new hardwood floors are beautiful ! These guys are a pleasure to work with I highly recommend them you want be disappointed .
