Fantastic Service! Very knowledgeable and assists with additional safety issues I was not aware of. Communication was key and he kept me informed of all activity according to our scope of work & budget. Due to recent vandalism, He worked diligently to save our HOA Community money and within our time constraint. Our community park has re-open again and enjoyed by all. My husband and I aren't very savvy as far as household things go. We couldn't figure out how to make our irrigation system turn on and our lawn died as a result and the HOA didn't like that. Put in an inquiry and he contacted us right away. He came out found the hidden switch we should've been shown when we bought the house and we now have water!! Would definitely hire again :)

It took him quite a while to fix the problem but I believe he has now. Time will tell and we really didn't learn much about what to do to take care of the problem if it occurs again!

Made an appointment through the net for a service call on Wed. for Friday morning. Damon called that afternoon to say he would be in my area Thru. and could he do the service that morning. It was fine with me He showed up as arranged, did the service quickly and was ready to go in no time. At my age it nice to have someone I can depend on to come when needed.

When Damon returned my call and I explained my situation, he was able to come by the next morning. He quickly evaluated my immediate irrigation leak and was able to make the repairs very quickly. He also evaluated my entire system and modified several sprinkler heads to achieve the most efficient coverage. Damon is extremely knowledge and efficient. I will use him in the future.

I made the appt on Sat afternoon for Monday morning. But Damon called me later Saturday and said he could come by immediately. He did, found and fixed the problems with our sprinkler system (two different leaks). Top notch service.

I hired the company Douglas Irrigation to install a new sprinkler system. I felt that the professional was very knowledgeable. The work was remarkable and I will use definitely use the company again for service when the occasion arises.

Douglas Irrigation did an installation of a sprinkler system. I like the contractor because he get's things right the first time and did a really clean installation. He had to tear up the yard to do the initial install but he put the grass back nicely. He calls back to get a progress update and ensures that things are in good working order. A true professional very friendly.

Damon was prompt. He did a fantastic job. He is now our "go-to" guy whenever we need work on our irrigation system. We couldn't be happier with his great work!
