The liner for my pool was measured incorrectly so it did not fit the pool correctly.. He said he would replace the liner but failed to do so. I should have researched OSCN as I would have found many lawsuits against him for fraud and poor work that he lost. DO NOT fall for this CON MAN

In addition to replacing parts, there was a gas leak. Eddie, Douglas employee, recommended a plumber who could find and repair the leak within the next day.

Doug called within minutes of me requesting a professional. He said he could be there the next morning. Doug call that morning to inform me he was running about 2 hours behind. I appreciated the call. The tech cleaned the fireplace, polite, cleaned the area of his work and fast. Explained the minor problem and showed me how to operate the fireplace. Tech was there about 15 mins. This company but was a bit high in cost that's why I put 4 stars, but overall I would recommend this company.

Our ventless gas fireplace stopped working and Doug found the parts to make it work again. I think the price of the service was fair as a new setup can be pretty costly. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I got his name off your site. He called me back pretty quick. He told me it would be around $1200 to install the stove pipe. I agreed to the price even though it sounded high, I wanted someone who does it everyday to install it. He told me he would come out and look at it,, that he would be able to install it after Thanksgiving. I called him 3 weeks before Thanksgiving. I understand being booked up. It's a few weeks after Thanksgiving and I've not had a call since the original call 5 to 6 weeks ago. I ended up just doing it myself.

Doug did good job was fast in and out on 45 minutes.

The old propane gas log set would not light when we had a power outage and it did not give out heat when working. They pickup up the old unit and determined with me that even when fixed it would not serve our purpose of providing heat with no electricity. We ordered a new unit and they installed the new gas log set and it puts our plenty of heat. They were always prompt on time and always returned phone calls quickly. I will use them again if needed.

This was for safety/maintenance of a long unused gas fireplace. Although pricey, he was knowledgeable, informative, courteous and a one year guaranty was included. So the next time we lose power, I will feel safe using the fireplace for heat.
