I did get 3 quotes, and Doug's quote was the lowest by almost $50.00. Doug is very friendly, and was able to explain what he needed to do so anyone could understand. I am going to hire him for painting, and remodeling my porch. Good job Doug!!

Doug and his team were very professional. They were punctual, reliable and care about the work they perform as though they are working in their own homes.The cost estimate and time to completion were met with my extreme satisfaction. I would hire Doug to do any work in my home in the future, and not hesitate to recommend him to others.

They quoted quickly, gave us a date to perform, were on time and completed the job well.

Doug evaluated the issues I was having with my bathtub and wall surround and installed a new surround for me. I'm not keen on home repairs, and need reliable handymen to do a good job for a reasonable rate. Doug Ott was this person. Thanks for getting it done, Doug! UPDATE: As usual, it was too good to last. Doug stopped returning calls for the jobs we desperately needed him for, and when we did manage to get through to him, he would not show up when he said he would. I can understand when a big job takes a worker away for long periods, but I don't like to be strung along, especially when my roof is involved. When we find someone to help with our house, we are in it for the long haul and we hated to lose Mr. Ott.

We were very pleased with Doug Ott. He was extremely conscientious and careful with his work. He looked at what needed to be done and performed work that was outside the scope of what was contracted and didn�t charge for it. These were not significant variances, but gave us the appreciation that he cared about doing a good job as much as he cared about being paid. I would definitely consider Doug for additional work and would recommend him highly to anyone considering him.

Cost was reasonable, however I wish the floors and railings had been covered, a window sill was never painted.

I am currently trying to sell my home and have found most hired hands to be extremely irresponsible and unreliable. However, not Mr Ott! He called me within 5 minutes of submitting my request. He came on time for his appointment estimate and did the job quickly, well and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend his services for the future to anyone who needs.it
