Doug was accountable.... did what he said he was going to do and suggested ways for me to save $ by going to pick out my own fabric at a fabric mill. The chairs were returned in 2 weeks time for 10 chairs with extensive cushion & netting repair. Doug is also communicative...would respond readily to phone calls and texts, even after hours and on week ends.

Our Sofa was 1 1/2 years old from a Store we all know on Long Island. Well one day the center of the sofa sunk under the weight of a medium man (Just Sitting). Well just so you know the extended warrantee is a scam! But we called Doug Rodgers and he came and fixed it. Thank goodness! Wonderful job, on time, cleaned up and reasonable price. We asked him to work on my grandmothers dining room chairs next.

Doug was punctual and worked well in reshuffling my 10 year old recliner. When I realized that there was some adjustments needed to increase its comfort, Doug readily came back and fixed the problem at no extra cost.

This man stole my money. I gave him $7,500 to have furniture refurbished and reupholstered. He never did the work. He had my items in storage and I had to pay to keep them from auctioning off my belongings. Doug is a liar and a fraud. I am doing everything in my power to have him arrested for larceny. DO NOT USE HIM. You will be so sorry. He told me that his mother was burned to death in her apartment and he lied about that. He said she tried to start a bbq grill in her apartment. He told one lie after the other. He held my belongings hostage . I had to get a lawyer involved to prevent them from auctioning my belongings in addition to paying the bill. Other customers items was also in that unit. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD I want him to go to jail. The amount of money he owes me is way more than small claims court. He needs to be held accountable!!!
