Damon Douglass did an extensive remodel of our upper floor including kitchen, living room, flooring, some new walls and more. We were so happy working with him throughout the process of planning, decision making, and so importantly, the execution. He was adept at dealing with any challenges, and was attentive and helpful in making our project truly wonderful and transformative. He has also been incredibly supportive after the work was been done, going above and beyond what we expected. We would love to work again with Damon and his crew and highly recommend him for any project you may have.

I have a somewhat mixed review. We had two problems. One was basement flooding which they repaired by replacing the gutters on one side and re-routing the water away from the house. They did an excellent job and it only took two days. However, we also had the basement ceiling insulated and covered with a nylon material. The fellow who came to do that was somewhat sloppy with the nylon. Damon promised to send another fellow to tidy it up. So, I am quite happy with their work and their attitude and I plan to use them again to add a second story to my home in the future.
