He was great. He answered my questions about what he was doing or why he had to do it. He showed me that the natural gas connectors were no longer up to code and he changed them out at no additional cost to me. And he was actually early. The appointment was for 7:00 am and he showed up at 6:45. He worked effiecently and didn't waste time. Due to drainage issues in the room that my water heater is in, we worked together to contain the flood of water. He was very sensitive to the problem and was willing to work with me as I tried to sweep the water toward the floor drain before it ran out the door or under the wall. None of the flooding was his fault, the builder of my house didn't slope the floor towards the drain. In fact it, the majority of the room sloped away from the drain. I would call him again for any of my plumbing needs.
