Gas Heating and Furnace Service
Another contractor had canceled on me in the morning of a big snow storm with sub zero temperatures on the way. Really left us in a tough spot as my old furnace was completely nonfunctional. This was the week just before Christmas and I had family coming that day. Called Doug in the morning and my Goodman furnace was installed by late afternoon on the same day (Friday). Couldn't have asked for better service. I recommend Doug's Repair without hesitation to all my friends and neighbors. John, his installer, did a great job and didn't make a mess of my house. Great company!

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
I scheduled an appointment with him at 8 A.M.. He called at 9:30 to reschedule for 1 P.M.. He was20 minutes late for this appointment as well. He was more interested in sell me a new furnace instead of checking mine for CO2 leaks.

Slow in responding to requests for a new bid in response to a changed scope of work, but worth the wait. The estimator and workers were highly professional and knowledgeable. The cost was competitive and the quality of the work is outstanding.
