He is up front about pricing, explains what needs to be done and answers every question that you have. If you hire him you know that you're going to get someone that is reliable to make it to the job, do what he says he's going to do and be at the rate that he promised you. I stick with him for my handyman needs. He replaced two bathroom ceiling fans Replaced family room hard wire fan Replace kitchen light fixture Replace garage door opener and fixed garage door track. Replaced garage door sensors. He also repaired both of my toilets and the water connection to the cast iron was rusted out from the main Junction up to the toilet. He was able to cut off the cast iron put a boot on replaced with PVC and a timely and cost-effective manner. He repaired the flowing around the toilet and wax ring.
