Dove Roofing and Construction

I contacted Dove roofing to repair a leak. Adrian Escalera came out and gave a fair price for the repair; (due to excessive raining, they had to tarp the area). When rain stopped, his crew came in a timely manner and completed the repair! While repairing, there was a more detailed look at the entire roof. With pictures, I was walked through what was needed. Again, I was given a fair price for roof replacement (and credit for work already done). Permit was secured; and a second inspection was done. Work was completed in 4-5 days. My husband and I were very satisfied with the professionalism of Adrian and the workers. I would recommend this company highly.

They do not return calls. Very unprofessional customer service. Started a week after I paid them. The owner will not return calls. Havent received job completed documents for my insurance company. Pro. Once started, completed job in 3 days. Very good roofing.

Unreliable, undependable customer service, perhaps the worst I have seen.

I had a tile roof underlayment replaced prior to installing a solar system. The pro was that the quality of the installation work was good. The cons were that it took way too long to complete the installation and the cleanup, I had problems in communicating with them, and they were messy. They did pick up most of the bent nails that had fallen off the roof, but they left quite a few empty water bottles and sandwich wrappers some of which were in my pool. They also bent one side of the top cover rails of my Alumawood patio cover when they reinstalled the tiles..

provided important information about project - what it entailed, why and cost estimates. helped to evaluate choices so we could make the right decision. presented information without pressure. worked with us regarding our questions until we were satisfied. provided written estimate, with inclusions and exclusions. all appears above board. currently the project is in process.

Hired these guys 10/12/18 to re-roof entire house and garage, was having ponding issues on the flat portions of roof. David Berumen the owner of the company came out gave me an estimate and explained how they would fix the ponding problem, they would install CRICKETS which are suppose to deflect water away from low spots on the roof according to David this was going to be the Cadillac of roofs, turns out it was a Gremlin. Two days after they finished the job it rained ,much to my surprise I had a 2 inch deep puddle over master bedroom and office area of roof. David was out quickly to address the problem and because he wanted the final payment, we decided that a drain would be more effective than CRICKETS that were NEVER INSTALLED. The house portion of the job was taken care of, Id give it 21/2 stars out of 5 for quality and workmanship the garage on the other hand I would give 1 star, its never been fixed and it's known in the neighborhood as Little Lake Rancho Mirage ! In closing dont give them final payment until your satisfied with the work and dont believe there going to honor the guarantee mine says and I quote, 7 Year Workmanship Guarantee! What a bunch of Bull----.

Had my roof replaced in February of 2021 shortly after purchasing a home that was built in 1991. Worked with "Gus" who is the point man for roofing jobs with this construction company. Gus was very responsive with excellent follow-through. I had had several other roofing quotes, and chose Dove largely based on Gus' straightforward customer service - no hard sell or attempt to sell up, just the facts! The company was able to complete my roof by fitting in the work between spells of high wind in the desert in Landers, CA. They offer a 10-year guarantee for their workmanship, and installed Owens Corning energy efficient shingles that come with a 99 year guarantee! I am a first-time homebuyer and this was a daunting undertaking for me, so I feel very fortunate to have chosen Dove Roofing, I am hoping to continue working with them when I am ready to install solar next. Thank you to Gus, your company and crew for my beautiful new roof ready for the winds and desert monsoons!!

They were great - responded almost immediately to the referral and came to the house the next day for estimate. Work was started within a few days. Looking forward to the 2nd phase when they will coordinate with removal of our solar panels for additional repairs.

After experiencing extremely strong winds, losing shingles on my roof and the anticipation of several days of rain, David of Dove Roofing responded immediately to view the damage with pictures to show me. We agreed on a price to replace the shingles with new ones to match the current ones. He arrived early the next morning to complete the repair. I found David Berumen to be very reliable, professional and prompt. He kept me in the loop the entire time. I believe his work ethic speaks for itself!

They have hard-working employees who continued to work on the tile roof even in 110 degree heat!! They are very conscientious workers.

The only reason I gave the customer service a 3.5 is because, I had to call them to get them to come . He was late the first time starting in mid afternoon. Now there may be an excuse, but he should call me. getting him to come back to finish took another phone call. AGAIN, call me! But they are really nice and polite guys, just need a little push.

Gus came to my house and I explained my problem, a leak on a 41 year old tile roof. He looked it over, explained the repair process tp me and we set a date for the following week after agreeing on a price. On the date and time agreed on, a two man crew arrived to repair the roof. They did the work and cleaned up the debris in three hours. Very happy with the entire process.

After the roof was installed July 17th 2019 on the very first rain the roof started to leak in two places and it started from the center of roof which was installed back in July with a five year guarantee. It leaked yesterday November 19th 2019.

They came out very soon after I called with an estimate. Good pricing. Did the job immediately. Very satisfied.
