Jon is a highly qualified contractor who expertly guided us through the planning phase, the selection of materials and options phase keeping us informed every step of our journey together. We like that he did the majority of the work with the support of Brian, his helper. We appreciate his keen attention to detail and high standards for our project. We highly recommend him as a designer and contractor.

We had a new kitchen island installed, as well as a new hood and sink. Jon responsive and helpful throughout the process. Total job took 3 days to complete, which is what he anticipated.

We are pleased with all the work you performed for us. You and Dave were professional and easy to work with during the entire project. Your suggestions were welcomed. So many compliments on the Main bath were given by family & friends. We were happy that you did such an excellent job with the floor in the downstairs bathroom, all the contractors we spoke with informed us that the vanity and tile would have to be redone, so your expertise was a relief to us. The creativity with the cover for the sump pump was so great, better than any other suggestion received. The storage area is perfect. I thought a specification sheet should have been supplied and possibly a referral to a vendor who you work with so that the correct materials could have been purchased to avoid any problems, Most definitely we would call you in the future, as stated, we were very pleased with you and your work.

Dovetail was very open with us in terms of telling us what we could do to prep (save some money) and offering suggestions on designs/materials to finish project. We did T&M -- something I had never done before -- as there was some work of which the extent was unknown and so I had some concern about timeline, but it worked out in the end. Pleasant to work with and detail work was great.

Jon and his team were very professional and we were very comfortable with them working in our home. High quality finish and attention to detail were the hallmarks of this service. They also were able to fix some long term issues that were uncovered when walls came down. Some delays in construction did occur as Jon was juggling 4 jobs at the same time which is why a 5 rating not provided. We are very pleased with final results.
