Eric was very informative about air conditioning; how the system works and how everything relates to one another. He gave me valuable information on many routine maintenance items to keep the system from having costly problems. I respect Eric for treating me as a woman who can understand. Will use Dowdy again in the future.. Fair prices. Steff has been helpful with scheduling and billing. too.
