This has been one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had. I paid Johnathan $25,000 upfront to remodel my bathroom and replace two exterior doors. I supplied all the tile and the bathroom vanity myself, so the payment was just for his labor, the replacement of some framing in the wall, and the sliding shower door, which he said would be installed. My house is from 1980, so only a few pieces of lumber needed replacement due to water damage, which amounted to $1200 in additional work and fit within the $25,000. The job has dragged on for over six months, though it was supposed to take just one to two. Johnathan rarely answers my texts or tells me when he?ll show up. His work has been inconsistent and disappointing. The drywall he put up is uneven, and the area around the pocket door looks like it was done by a child. His subcontractors nailed through the wall and into the pocket door when installing the trim, ruining it. He still hasn?t told me when he?ll fix it.

Did a fantastic job in my house. Took his time and was very professional. Highly recommended!

Joe is a wonderful contractor! He is such a genuine person and cares so much about his clients satisfaction! His team performed some drywall repair and finishing at our house and completed the job in a timely manner and was on-site every day to check the progress and ensure crews were meeting all our needs. The project was completed in a timely manner and everything was kept extremely clean during the job and straightened at the end of each day. I am actually considering damaging some stuff around our house just to have him come back!

We loved working with Joe! Joe and his team converted our enclosed masonry porch into a bonus room and additional bedroom. He is honest, dependable, and does quality work. He also went the extra mile to help us across the finish line with our house remodel project. He has a lot of contacts and great subcontractors. Would highly recommend for your building needs!!!

Joe was on time. He was pleasant. He had a very good attitude. He was very fair in his pricing. He was there when he said he would be there. I’d recommend him to anybody that Needs a handyman I don’t know where his limit is what he does but I would call him for anything. Very nice man.
